European and LatAm Roll-Out for BilendiUX

March 16 2026

Paris-based panels and research tech firm Bilendi has rolled out its UX solution in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and Latin America.

Marc BidouBilendi collects and processes data from consumers, citizens, patients, professionals and other groups, to help researchers understand society and clients make better-informed political and commercial decisions. The company has more than 600 employees, located in 21 offices worldwide, and gives clients access to more than 4 million participants through proprietary panels in 44 countries.

BilendiUX is a self-service platform helping UX researchers, designers and product managers to rapidly find qualified participants for their surveys and usability tests. The solution boasts a single interface supporting both deep-dive qualitative interviews and large-scale quant surveys or unmoderated tests. Bilendi says the solution, available to date only in France, is already 'well-established' and is regularly used by over 160 clients, including international airlines and major banks.

Marc Bidou (pictured), CEO and founder of Bilendi, states: 'After seeing the strong momentum and high satisfaction rates from our clients in France, expanding BilendiUX to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and Latin America was the logical next step. We are bringing the reliability of market research-grade data to the fast-paced world of UX, providing UX teams in both markets with the localised tools they need to make informed, user-centric decisions.'
