Veteran advisory firm Andersen Consulting has continued strengthening its insight offer, announcing a collaboration agreement with CX research, data modeling and analysis firm Multiplica.
Multiplica was founded in Spain and has a presence in Latin America and the US. The digital consulting firm helps organizations design, build, and scale impactful digital experiences, through a combination of UX and customer experience research and design, data modeling and analysis, report automation and data visualization, conversion rate optimization and product design.
Andersen Consulting operates as part of 50,000-strong tax, legal and business services group Andersen Global, and last week acquired Spanish firm Lukkap, which advises on business transformation including customer and employee engagement, backed by behavioral insights and data analytics. Andersen Consulting Global Chairman and CEO Mark L. Vorsatz (pictured) says of the latest move, 'Multiplica's capabilities and expertise complement our consulting platform. Together, we will help organizations accelerate digital transformation and achieve lasting impact through solutions that integrate insight and execution.'
