Ivy Exec Founder Bajic Steps Aside

Alex Baranpuria has been promoted to President of the Ivy Exec division of Calabasas, CA-based InnovateMR. Ivy Exec founder Elena Bajic is moving to a Strategic Advisor role after twenty years leading the firm.

Online sampling technology firm InnovateMR acquired b2b expert network Ivy Exec in 2023. The latter firm was formed by Bajic (pictured) while at Columbia Business School, and built into a community of two and a half million professionals worldwide, and Lisa Wilding-Brown, CEO of InnovateMR, says of her decision to move on from the role: 'Elena's vision and steady leadership have been foundational to Ivy Exec's growth and evolution. Her impact on the business and our clients is both significant and enduring, and we're confident her continued involvement in a strategic advisory capacity will remain invaluable as we build the business on that momentum.'

Baranpuria has worked at Ivy Exec for seventeen years, and played a central role in its transformation from an online career development platform into a globally leading expert network, including its expansion into the market research industry in 2014.
