Emporia Partners to Enhance Healthcare Recruitment

In Austin, Texas, b2b research recruiter Emporia Research has announced a collaboration with healthcare market data and analytics firm Definitive Healthcare, enhancing its targeting capabilities in the sector.

Christopher HughesEmporia's mrxCore platform automates parts of the research process for its b2b clients, including participant recruitment and verification, survey creation, interview scheduling and incentive payments. Armed with $4.7m in seed funding secured two years ago, the company expanded into healthcare recruitment last September.

Emporia says the latest deal significantly expands its ability to recruit healthcare executives, administrators and technical decision makers, alongside NPI-verified physicians and clinical staff. Targeting can be approached by institutional role and title; organizational affiliation; prescribing behavior and procedure volume; clinical trial participation and research activity; financial relationships with manufacturers and device companies' and credentialing, board certifications and license verification. The firm operates data quality procedures including LinkedIn verification, proprietary fraud detection and NPI registry validation.
