Reputation helps clients track, manage and optimize the online performance and image of their brand, The company launched a number of new and upgraded products last September, via its unified intelligence hub, as part of its built-for-AI strategy. The latest upgrade recognises the increasing role of AI-powered search in determining brand exposure, with AI models prioritising signals such as review sentiment and listing accuracy and companies often lagging behind in understanding what drives this and how to optimise their position.
Reputation IQ allows users to ask questions in plain English and get instant answers pulled from synthesized datasets across the platform. AI Reputation Manager shows brands exactly how they are being presented by search engines including OpenAI, Gemini and Perplexity, along with the sentiment themes, competitive comparisons and specific citations driving their AI summaries. AI Location Presence Insights audits the data signals that AI search engines use to decide which locations to recommend, enabling teams to take targeted action.
The firm says the new features, which are now available to all customers, together 'form the AI intelligence layer at the core of the Reputation platform', and provide enterprise teams with 'a direct view into how they are represented in AI-powered search, what is influencing their visibility, and where to take action to improve performance across locations at scale.'
'Reputation gives brands a direct view into how AI systems interpret and represent their business and what is driving their visibility,' says CEO Joe Burton (pictured), 'bringing together customer feedback, operational data, and AI-driven insights in one platform so teams can take targeted action to improve performance at scale.'
