Behavioral strategy specialist Vista Grande has announced it is expanding into Latin America, and is hiring a team from 'across the region' to ensure 'deep local understanding' within its diverse countries and communities.
Vista Grande was founded in 2017, and employs around 35 people in teams based in the US and Canada. The company's Choice Architecture approach is designed to create strategies which reflect how people truly think and act, 'ensuring brands show up in ways that are relevant, effective, and grounded in real-world context.' In early 2025 it acquired real-world in-store testing specialist GameChanger Products, and three months ago it bought the Ameritest Creative Testing System from Dynata.
For its launch in LatAm, the firm says it is moving away from traditional 'one size fits all' market entry models 'based on replicating playbooks across regions.' Instead, its diverse hires will 'contribute firsthand knowledge of cultural nuances, shopping behavior, and the complex differences that exist not only between countries but also within them.'
'Entering a new market is not just about being present' says CEO Russ Onish (pictured), 'it's about understanding how decisions are truly made. And that starts with people.'
