Survey and analysis platform QuestionPro recently acquired Fathom, a specialist in text analytics for open-ended survey data and customer feedback.
QuestionPro, which is twenty this year, provides online survey and research services and has offices in the US, Canada, Mexico, the UK, Germany, Japan, Australia, the UAE and India. Fathom's advanced text analytics combine AI with human oversight, promising researchers the ability to 'move beyond summaries' and understand the drivers behind customer and market behavior.
QuestionPro says the deal marks 'a leap forward' in its analytics capabilities and strengthens its leadership in delivering fully integrated, AI-powered research solutions. Fathom's capabilities, including agentic open-ended analysis system Fathomer, will be fully integrated into its platform. Fathom COO and co-founder Tovah Paglaro (pictured) states: 'Open-ended feedback is a defining source of insight in modern research. QuestionPro shares our belief that accuracy, nuance, and researcher control are essential to unlocking its full value. By bringing qual at scale under a single roof with data collection, we are combining advanced text analytics with a global research platform to accelerate how organizations turn unstructured feedback into action.'
