EVP Hire and Promotions for Delineate

UK-based analytics and insights firm Delineate has appointed Louis Fernandes in the new role of EVP, Client Partnerships & Insights; and promoted Derick Lewes-Gale to VP Account Management, Laura Mainwaring to Senior Account Manager, and Francisco De La Torre to VP Research Management.

Delineate delivers real-time, actionable brand and campaign tracking survey data via its Proximity platform, giving clients access to consumers in over 130 countries. Its headquarters are in Ceredigion, on the west coast of Wales.

Fernandes (pictured) brings agency and client-side experience, from a career which began at Research International (now part of Kantar), and followed up with senior marketing and insights roles at brands including LG and Expedia Group - at the latter he worked most recently as Global Director of Communications Strategy and Planning. Based in London, in his new role he will oversee the integration of account management, client partnerships and research management, as the company looks to drive a 'more coordinated and strategic' delivery model. In addition, he will lead Delineate's thought leadership agenda and its ongoing development of AI-powered analytics capabilities.
