Quant consumer research platform Attest has added a qual option, Attest Explore, in the form of AI-moderated interviews.

Launched a decade ago, Attest now has its headquarters in New York and London, and to date has raised $85m in venture capital. The firm promises clients a simple and affordable way to conduct regular consumer research, including access to more than 150 million consumers in 59 countries.
Attest says in the past qual feedback has often arrived too late to influence decisions - the new solution delivers it in 'days, not weeks'. Users feed their research goals and brief into its Compass tool and receive a detailed research plan and discussion guide in return: the AI moderator then conducts interviews via video or audio, based on the guide but probing for deeper insights. Compass provides the analysis, summarising data, running thematic analysis, and pulling out recommendations, with every insight 'backed with snippets and transcripts.'
