In New York, CX platform Sprinklr has announced the appointment of former Bazaarvoice company President Thomas Addis as Chief Revenue Officer.
Sprinklr offers what it calls a unified customer experience management platform ('Unified-CXM'), capturing massive amounts of structured and unstructured data from customer engagements on more than thirty channels. In March, the company reported revenue up 8% to $857.2 million for the financial year ended 31st January, with pre-tax income up by more than a third, to $66.8m.
Addis (pictured) brings more than two decades of global enterprise tech company go-to-market and revenue leadership experience, most recently from Bazaarvoice where he was President and Chief Revenue Officer, and before that from Kinetica where he was CEO. Earlier in his career he was Global CRO intelligent content management firm Box; held leadership roles at Salesforce; and worked at IBM and Oracle. He holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree from UCLA.
He reports to President and CEO Rory Read, who comments: 'Thomas brings a proven track record of driving growth through customer engagement, an innovative, AI-forward approach, and a passion for building high-performing global teams with strong sales cultures - all of which are critical as we continue our transformation journey.'
