In London, data collection company Walr has announced a strategic partnership with always-on consumer tracking specialist Delineate. Walr's verified, globally diverse audience network will now provide the core infrastructure behind Delineate's Proximity Platform.
Walr was founded in October 2020 by former VIGA (now Savanta) exec Lewis Reeves and Patrick Fraser, who previously worked at Ipsos and Critical Research. Walr says its tech-based data collection is set apart by its 'relentless speed, obsessive service, and a dedicated team that's always on - 24/7/365.' Its new partnership is with Wales-based Delineate, which moved its business to a full SaaS model with the launch of Proximity five years ago - the platform replaces 'slow', periodic reports with live consumer intelligence, fed directly into existing marketing tools. The firms say 'intelligence that fast is only as good as the audiences behind it' - hence adding Walr's verified audience network, which reaches respondents in more than 130 markets across the US, EU and APAC.
The partnership is underpinned by a purpose-built API integration developed jointly by the two firms' technical teams. The benefits of this include enhancing the 'speed, consistency and quality of data flowing' through Delineate's end-to-end survey supply chain; and the companies say they are formally committed to collaborating on future innovations focused around 'pushing the boundaries of automated, high-quality consumer research.'
