B2B marketing intelligence platform 6sense has appointed Micki Howl as Chief Revenue Officer, and promoted Krystal Ziegler to General Counsel.
San Francisco-based 6sense's platform captures buying activity and intent data across every channel through a B2B signal network called the Signalverse, and taps predictive models developed over more than a decade to turn them into 'clear, defensible intelligence' for GTM teams. A conversational AI interface called RevvyAI was introduced last year and has been rolling out to clients in the last few months.
Howl (pictured above) joins from Marigold, where she oversaw a $400m+ recurring software business serving more than 40,000 customers worldwide, including major food and beverage, airline and financial companies - the Marigold Enterprise business was then acquired by Zeta Global. She brings significant experience building and scaling organizations in fast-moving technology environments, with deep expertise in how marketing and revenue functions intersect.
In her new role she will lead Global Customer Operations, an organization accountable for customer relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, and Revenue Strategy. 6sense says the consolidation of these functions under single leadership will 'ensure that every customer - from onboarding through expansion - experiences the same connected, intelligence-driven partnership that 6sense is built to deliver.'
Ziegler (pictured below) joined the company in 2019 as one of its first legal hires, and now has responsibility spanning enterprise, privacy, product, corporate, employment and beyond. In her new role the firm says she will 'lead the team she helped build.'
CEO Chris Ball comments: 'Micki is exactly the revenue leader this moment calls for with her industry depth, operational discipline, and genuine customer-first instinct. And in Krystal, we have a legal leader who knows this business as well as anyone - and is now positioned to help protect and accelerate everything we're building for our customers and the market. These are the moves of a company that sees where the market is going and is building the team to win it.'
