Radius Promotes for New CPO Role

In New York, Radius Insights has promoted Camilla Pugh to the new role of Chief Product Officer, and Rebecca Wright to replace her as MD of the recently acquired ONE Strategy Studio.

Camilla PughRadius, founded in 1960 as DDW, is now a portfolio company of investor Star Mountain Capital, providing a combination of custom research, advanced AI and analytics, and strategic advisory. The firm's Brand Growth Navigator framework helps clients in sectors including tech, financial services and consumer goods to align insights with strategic priorities and maximize ROI. Radius acquired London's Strive Insight, recently rebranded as Radius EMEA; automotive-focused Michigan agency 7th Sense, and Austin, Texas-based Illuminas North America. In January it launched a technology practice Radius Tech, and in February it merged with ONE Strategy Studio, an AI-first insight and innovation agency focused on 'speed to impact.'

The new CPO role will provide leadership and ownership for the firm's roadmap: it will continue to function as a bespoke insight agency, but says 'the CPO role ensures the company builds, manages, and evolves its offer in a strategic, coordinated, and deliberate way.' Pugh (pictured above) will work hands-on across the Radius group, ensuring it goes to market with products and solutions that clients need and that generate growth for the company, and will combine the roles of internal orchestrator - driving products to commercial success - and an external face of Radius, promoting its authority and credibility in the market. She will collaborate closely with The Lab, where products are invented and developed.

Wright (pictured below) worked previously as Lead Partner and Head of Creative Strategy Consulting for Kantar in the UK, and in consulting roles at Mash Strategy Studio and other agencies. She brings 'a strong balance' of expertise, strategic thinking, commercial and execution orientation, and team leadership to the leadership of the ONE Strategy Studio.
