Bardés (pictured) joined the Worldpanel division (now part of Numerator) in 2000 as People Development Director, then served as Regional HR Director for Spain and Portugal from 2008 and for APAC for three years from 2013. For the last decade she has worked for Kantar more broadly, in SE Asia, Southern Europe and since 2023 globally, most of that time as Global People Director Product, Technology and Transformation.
Quoted on www.hrtoday.in , the firm says Bardés has played a pivotal role in shaping its people agenda across Europe and Asia-Pacific, while driving organizational capability in an increasingly AI-enabled world of work. The company has placed strong emphasis on leaders who combine people skills with understanding of AI, and its global HR leader Andy Doyle is now officially its Chief People and Agent Officer. In a post on LinkedIn, Bardés says a key priority in her new role will be 'supporting the adoption of AI and agents, enabling us to build more efficient, innovative and highly skilled teams while enhancing the employee experience.'
