Conversational intelligence and analytics solutions firm Marchex has completed the acquisition of Archenia, which uses real-time analysis of consumer intent and advertiser value to help clients optimize customer acquisition efforts across channels on the fly.

Russell HorowitzMarchex provides AI-powered conversational intelligence solutions, including prescriptive analytics, for clients in B2B and B2C markets looking to drive operational efficiency and optimize the customer journey across channels. Newly-acquired Archenia combines advanced AI signals, natural-language analytics, and automated decisioning to offer customers verified, AI-validated outcomes such as appointments, sales, and high-intent conversations.
