AppsFlyer Brings Independent Measurement to ChatGPT Ads

Mobile marketing platform AppsFlyer has announced an integration with ChatGPT Ads, to offer marketers measurement of the AI pioneer's ad campaigns directly within the AppsFlyer platform.

AppsFlyer provides a suite of tools which measure the performance of marketing campaigns across thousands of media partners, tracking hundreds of millions of app installs and more than one trillion user actions every month, including purchase and subscription data. Last November the company <39085 launched eight new business intelligence products, and said it was evolving from 'mobile attribution pioneer to Modern Marketing Cloud.'

The firm says the new ChatGPT integration is already being used by 'more than a dozen advertisers' to bring mobile app measurement to their ad campaigns in ChatGPT - including installs, app opens and in-app purchases. Brands can now analyse and optimise their ChatGPT Ads performance in the same place they manage all other channels.

Alexia Nakad, the company's GM, EMEA West states: 'As new channels like OpenAI emerge, marketers need to measure them the same way they measure established partners like Meta, TikTok, and Google. Our integration with OpenAI does exactly that, giving marketers the same trusted, unbiased signals from AppsFlyer today to make confident decisions about where to spend.' Nakad says OpenAI's decision to bring in standardised, neutral third-party measurement 'this early in its evolution' will help to build advertiser trust.'
