In the UK, IDX, the strategic comms and marketing agency headed up worldwide by insights veteran Crispin Beale, has appointed Danny Russell as Chief Customer Officer, and Paul Knight as SVP Customer Success. IDX also opened a Data & Insights Centre of Excellence in Geneva, earlier this year.
The firm says it has expanded its global footprint and raised headcount by 20% since January, riding a 'wave' of new client wins, and also expects to announce a new Chief Creative Officer, 'shortly'. In the summer it announced the hiring of Clare Donald as Chief Production Officer.
During 2026 the firm has launched in Geneva, Chicago, Lisbon and Abu Dhabi, and added partnerships with major global financial exchanges including the Toronto Stock Exchange, Deutsche Bourse, Vienna Stock Exchange, SIX, and Bahrain Bourse, allowing its teams to support clients through 'increasingly complex environments.'
The new Geneva centre is intended to support this growing client base and deepen the firm's analytical and evidence-based comms offering, and builds on the expertise of CEO Beale; and IDX says the expansion of its research function also directly reinforces its ConnectedContent model, integrating data with performance marketing, corporate communications and investor relations. Other new capabilities include digital content optimization tool SchemaWrite, always-on branded web site backup Eclipse, and the offer of complementary AEO audits.
'Our new 'Customers First' strategy is resonating strongly with clients,' says Beale, 'as we focus on using evidence to multiply the levers that drive their commercial performance. In particular, we are seeing increased demand from brands for integrated, data-led communications that directly impact performance. By continually enhancing our operational footprint, technical tools and senior expertise, we ensure our clients have access to the deep insight and international scale required to drive their business forward across the globe.'
As a next step in its international growth, IDX says it plans to significantly expand its new presence across the Middle East and add further European locations, adding a total of 250 new employees globally.
The firm already has offices around the world, in locations including New York, Phoenix, Helsinki, Gothenburg, Geneva, and Vadodara, India; and is online at www.idx.inc .
