Launch of Data Quality Solution SagoVerify

September 9 2026

Research tech and solutions firm Sago has launched a data quality offering called SagoVerify, combining identity verification, layered intelligence and industry-wide collaboration to stop fraudulent and low-quality respondents 'before they enter the survey ecosystem.'

Sago logoNew Jersey-based Sago says the new tool balances advanced technology with rigorous quality controls and human oversight. SagoVerify combines government identity-verified sample with analysis of multiple signals, including technical data, behavioral patterns, participation history and incentive activity, to create a cleaner respondent pool. The firm claims reconciliation rates of less than 5%, significantly outperforming industry averages of 9-14%.

Melanie Courtright, who joined the company a year ago as Chief Strategy Officer, comments: 'Data quality cannot be treated as a single checkpoint. It must be built into every stage of the research process. As AI and fraud tactics continue to evolve, the industry needs a higher standard for participant authenticity and data integrity. SagoVerify reflects our commitment to leading with excellence, embracing innovation responsibly and ensuring trusted human insights remain at the center of every decision.'

The firm is on the web at www.sago.com .
