Marketing data firm Hightouch has named Matthew Lubeck as General Manager, EMEA. Lubeck will be based in London and will lead the company's GTM functions across the region.
Hightouch's 'AI Decisioning' lifecycle marketing solution was launched in 2024, and builds an agentic marketing platform on top of a comprehensive enterprise context layer for each individual client. The platform then continuously experiments with messaging, timing and channel decisions to optimize them for every customer. The company already has offices in London and Paris, and native-speaking teams in France, DACH, Italy, the Nordics, Benelux and Dubai. The firm says it has grown more than 100 percent in each of the past two years, and earlier this year reported a $150 million Series D funding round, valuing it at $2.75 billion.
Lubeck brings twenty years of experience across marketing technology and consumer brands in Europe, most recently from Amperity, whose EMEA business he launched and led. Earlier he worked in leadership roles at L'Oréal and The Estée Lauder Companies.
Co-founder and Co-CEO Tejas Manohar says of the new recruit: 'Matthew has grown a business in Europe from the ground up, and we're excited to have him lead our team in EMEA. Europe is home to some of the world's most creative brands, and their marketers are ready to move from running campaigns by hand to managing AI agents that do the work. Matthew is the right person to lead that shift.'
