ESA Expands Operations and Project Teams

ESA, a UK-based retail and trade research company, has appointed Michael Hyatt as Data Processing Executive in its operations team, while Jeminee Patel joins the projects team as Senior Executive.

Hyatt previously spent five years as a Senior Underwriter at London General Insurance. Prior to this, he worked for The Grass Roots Group, managing data for mystery shopping and employee incentive/reward programmes.

Patel joins from Ipsos, where she spent 18 months working on international projects with clients including BT, the Evening Standard, Masterfoods and L'Oreal. Prior to Ipsos, she spent two years as a graduate Field Executive at BMRB.

Tony Keen, CEO at ESA, said of the new appointments: 'We continue to bring experienced new employees to the company, who can only enhance the service we offer our clients.'
