Ipsos Australia Appoints Qual Director

Michelle Costello has joined Ipsos Australia in the new position of Director of Qualitative Research. Her previous career includes spells at Dangar Research Group, Eureka Strategic Research and The Market Intelligence Co.

Costello has twenty years of work experience, half of it in psychologist, clinical and government roles and half in MR. Her previous work has given her experience across the FMCG, financial services, government and BtoB sectors.

In her new role, she will spearhead the company's consumer-focused qualitative research. Bill Nikolovski, MD of Ipsos Australia, says the appointment strengthens the qualitative team, and 'gives us a wonderful opportunity to meet client needs in a truly comprehensive way'.
