QuestionPro Offers Free Survey Service

October 26 2005

US online survey specialist QuestionPro is to provide free software for registered non-profit organizations. The non-profit waiver program will give organizations access to a complete set of tools for conducting online surveys - worth $499 - for up to a year.

QuestionPro offers various features for developing surveys, including branching, randomization, extraction, and compound branching. The integrated emailing system allows users to send mass invitations and track response rates, and analytic tools help with data-collection.

In exchange for the use of the survey tools, participating organizations must acknowledge QuestionPro in their surveys and on their web sites.

Vivek Bhaskaran, QuestionPro's co-founder and CEO, says the company feels good about its 'ability to help these worthwhile organizations achieve their goals'. He points out that the data needs of non-profit groups are just as important as those of big businesses, but that 'technology and tools usually fall to the bottom of the priority list' in the not-for-profit sector.

More details of the scheme are online at www.questionpro.com/non-profit-research.
