FIRM Applies for Exchange Listing

Online MR software provider FIRM yesterday submitted an application for public listing at the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE). Chairman Bengt Thuresson says the goal is 'to consolidate FIRM's equity capital in order to finance further profitable growth'.

'A stock exchange listing of the company represents an important milestone for FIRM,' according to Thuresson. FIRM's Board of Directors has retained Carnegie and ABG Sundal Collier as joint lead managers for the listing. The company will use the ticker FIRM.

FIRM (Future Information Research Management) is headquartered in Oslo and has offices in London, New York and San Francisco. Its flagship web-based platform Confirmit is also distributed through partner resellers in Amsterdam, Sydney and Tokyo. Customers include Accenture, AC Nielsen, Dow Jones, Egg, Wanadoo, Greenfield Online, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Mori and The NPD Group. FIRM is online at www.confirmit.com.
