Greenfield Starts Comeback with GoQuote

November 16 2005

US online survey specialist Greenfield Online has introduced an automatic online ordering system - GoQuote. It allows clients to price and order survey samples and programming via the Internet. This is one of the first initiatives introduced under new 'troubleshooter' CEO and President Al Angrisani, who took over in September.

The new system gives clients access to a password-protected site where they enter their survey requirements. They can alter criteria to see the impact on the price, and can simply click to accept the bid. Telephone, email or online customer service is also available.

Angrisani believes GoQuote will improve client service and satisfaction. 'My conversations with clients have revealed that quality service, fast project turnaround and fair pricing for the sample they need are three important factors that will help drive their business to Greenfield Online.'

Just last week, the company reported 'disappointing' financial results for the third quarter of this year, and Angrisani announced that the company had launched an 'aggressive corrective process' (www.mrweb.com/drno/news4813.htm ).

Angrisani - former Harris Interactive President and business troubleshooter - replaced outgoing CEO Dean Wiltse in September, as the company announced lower than expected business wins in North America (www.mrweb.com/drno/news4631.htm ).

A live demo of the new system is at www.goquote.com . The company's home page is at www.greenfield.com.
