comScore Launches Marketing Solutions Group

comScore Europe has announced plans for a Marketing Solutions Group to help European clients improve their online marketing. Piers Stobbs, a native of the UK, will move from the firm's Chicago office to London to head it up.

The company, part of online behaviour specialist comScore Networks, will make use of its huge online behavioral databases to provide quant analysis and interpretation to enhance clients' marketing. The databases cover a global cross-section of more than 2 million consumers who have given comScore explicit permission to confidentially capture their browsing and transaction behavior.

Stobbs spent three years consulting with comScore clients in the United States across a wide variety of consumer-facing sectors, including retail, travel, financial services and media. He has an MA in Physics from Oxford University and an MBA from Northwestern University in the US.
