Research Now Opens Eastern Front

May 11 2006

European online fieldwork and panel specialist Research Now has launched three online panels in Eastern Europe. The panels in Russia, Poland and the Czech Republic are all stand-alone, locally recruited propositions, with their own local country incentive choices.

The panels are intended to give clients simple, rapid access to high-end, early-adopter audiences - key potential customers for businesses looking to launch products and services into these territories. Early use of the Russian panel has illustrated that this works well in practice, for example on a recent study where 100 SLR camera users were identified, according to Director of Service Delivery, Suzanne Hogger.

The panels add to Research Now's existing portfolio of panels across Europe and Australia, giving clients a 'one-stop shop' with consistent recruitment methods for international online fieldwork. All three panels have been recruited solely for market research purposes - the company says this provides high response rates and aims to avoid the 'systematic bias' associated with those that are also used for marketing or comparison shopping purposes.

MD Andrew Cooper summarises: 'Our Eastern European panels combine the best of both worlds - they are locally recruited, managed and incentivised, but have been born out of a consistent global model. This ensures that we have a unified approach to sourcing sample internationally. This in turn reassures researchers that we are using the same industry-leading standards for recruitment in all countries where they are conducting work with Research Now panels.'

The company is online at www.researchnow.co.uk and the new panels at www.vazhnoemnenie.ru , www.cenneopinie.pl and www.cennenazory.cz .
