Nielsen Launches Multi-Country Reporting System

May 16 2006

ACNielsen Global Services has launched Global Track in-sights, a multi-country reporting capability accessible via its Answers™ on-line platform. The service promises easy viewing and distribution of data throughout client companies.

Global Track integrates brand performance information across countries in a single interface. The ACNielsen | in-sights reporting capabilities will make executive summaries, dashboards and graphical reports available to clients electronically, with simple viewing and distribution throughout the organization. Reports are accessible through thumbnail images or through links to key business questions.

Other key features include 'Flash' alerts which email executive summaries to keep business leaders informed on key metrics; 'Complete information storyline', allowing reports to be accessed through a linear question hierarchy; integrated spreadsheet functionality to sort and cross-analyse data; and presentation-quality graphics exportable to PowerPoint and Excel.

Global Track in-sights will incorporate brand performance information from any of the more than 90 countries in which ACNielsen collects data.

Joe Palermo, VP - Marketing for ACNielsen Global Services, says the release means a new level of ease and flexibility for clients. 'The easy-to-use interface of ACNielsen | in-sights, combined with Global Track's rich multi-country information makes it a powerful resource for all levels of users.' He adds: 'The reports are easily distributed via e-mail or downloadable via the Internet, to give regional offices or traveling professionals the ability to navigate and analyze their sales performance away from the office.'

Global Services is an operating unit of ACNielsen, which is online at www.acnielsen.com .
