IAG Promotes Prodigal Business Developer

TV ad effectiveness ratings company IAG Research has promoted Carole Ference to Executive VP, Business Development. Ference joined the company in 2000 as COO, left in 2001 and rejoined in 2003.

Between her two spells at IAG she was Chief Operating Officer at Haute Décor.com, an E-Commerce site for interior designers and architects, arranging partnerships with major publications and centres including New York's Cooper Hewitt museum. Previously she held senior positions at Ticketmaster and Town and Country, and has held the post of publisher at House Beautiful and Connoisseur.

Kenneth Orkin, Co-CEO of IAG Research, comments: 'Carole has played a key role since the company's inception, and since returning has been essential in establishing a number of IAG's most important and fastest growing industry sectors... She will continue to help explore and develop many of the company's new initiatives, including the company's efforts to measure television content and advertising in new media, as television moves from traditional to non traditional delivery systems.'
