Health Care Hire for M/A/R/C

In the USA, M/A/R/C® Research has hired Laurie Harrington as Research Director, responsible for qual and quant health care studies. She joins from First Choice Power where she was a Marketing Manager.

Harrington has more than 10 years' experience in marketing, MR and strategic planning. Previous jobs include strategic planning and decision support roles at hospitals in Georgia and Texas; and teaching Health Services Management at the University of Mary Hardin - Baylor and Marketing Research at the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. She holds two Master of Science degrees in Marketing Research and Health Care Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Women's University, respectively; and a B.A. in Chemistry from Cornell College.

Amy Barrentine, Sr. Vice President and General Manager of M/A/R/C Research, says Harrington's health care experience and advanced MR degree will make her 'an excellent addition to our rapidly growing pharmaceutical and health care specialist group.'
