UK-based panel specialist The iD Factor has recruited five new members of staff, three as business developers. The firm says the expansion programme, which has already doubled its headcount to 34 in just 12 months, is ongoing.
Hassan Kamugisha and Natalie Tschendel join in international business development roles. Kamugisha leaves a similar position at Harte-Hanks Market Intelligence, while Tschendel was formerly a sales exec at CWC. Rosie Rajroop, previously an account manager at Red Apple Publishing, also joins as a business developer.
Amber Yang joins the company in a project management role after a substantial period working for McCann-Erickson in Taipei, and Adrianna Lemke joins the company as lead graphic designer. The firm has also promoted Michael Boateng, its first corporate employee, to head of account management department.
MD Jon Gumbrell comments: 'The iD Factor has grown rapidly over the last year: we're anticipating a 200% increase in revenue. These new appointments will help consolidate our position in the forefront of online fieldwork.'
