M/A/R/C Hire Brings Client Side Experience

In the US, M/A/R/CŪ Research has appointed Susan Hayes as an Account Director. Her previous insight roles includes Hallmark Cards and Kraft Foods.

Hayes ran her own market research consulting firm, Hayes Consulting, LLC, immediately before joining M/A/R/C. She earlier spent seven years in a research role at Hallmark Cards, then joined Mead Johnson Nutritionals as Senior Manager of Global Marketing Research, and then moved to Kraft Foods where she was Category Insight Manager. In the Kraft role, she worked on consumer relationship strategy, online health and wellness initiatives and led the research for an e-Commerce start-up venture.

Hayes earned a Bachelor of Science in Administrative Management from Clemson University followed by a Master of Marketing Research from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. She has also taught Marketing Research to graduate and undergraduate students at Avila College in Kansas City, and is currently on the Nashville AMA Board as Research Chair.
