Ad Researcher Haslett Takes UK Role

Ipsos ASI's Peter Haslett has moved from Canada, where he was President and MD, to take up the role of UK Chairman. He will take responsibility for building the advertising research firm's UK and global presence.

Haslett spent more than 11 years at the Canadian office helping to establishing the agency as a market leader – his roles included client loyalty building, retenion of new business and growing the client service team. Before this, he worked on product development and design research, including projects for global automotive brands such as Ford and Jaguar.

In-depth experience in both qual and quant bring benefits in his current work, according to Haslett: 'While ASI's suite of pre-testing and tracking solutions is dominated by industry-leading quantitative approaches, my qualitative background helps keep my focus rooted at the human level.'
