Three Join MRSI

US provider MRSI (Marketing Research Services Inc) has boosted the team at its Cincinnati headquarters with three new hires – Jay Bigler joins as Senior Research Analyst, and Kate Muehlfeld and Jan Arthur as Senior Project Directors.

With a market research background spanning more than 25 years, Bigler previously worked as a Business Consultant at Carmel-based G & S Research. He has also held positions at Roche Diagnostics, as well as with several other healthcare providers.

Prior to joining MRSI, Muehlfeld was an Account Manager at Market Tools. She began her market research career at NFO Worldwide and has also worked at OTX Research.

Arthur's first role was with Burke Marketing Research as a Field Investigator/Supervisor. Before taking the role at MRSI, she worked for AC Nielsen BASES for 18 years – latterly as Director, Project Management.

The firm also promoted ZoEtta Bullucks from telephone centre Team Leader to Coder.
