New Global CEO for Cross-Tab

Indian offshore MR firm Cross-Tab has appointed Dr Kumar Mehta to the newly created US-based position of Global CEO. Mehta worked with the outsourcing company as part of his previous role at Microsoft.

Since gaining his PhD at the University of Iowa, Mehta has spent nearly two decades working in MR positions in the US. For the last 14 years he has held a number of senior directorships with Microsoft; most recently that of Director of Research where he worked closely with staff at Cross-Tab on a number of Microsoft research projects.

Director Ashwin Mittal says the appointment will 'help catapult Cross-Tab into a major force within the market research industry' and enable the company to replicate the success it has had with key accounts across many other companies.
