Six Senior US Promotions for Synovate Healthcare

March 21 2007

Synovate Healthcare has announced a number of senior promotions in its US Business. Among them, Greg McMahon becomes SVP, Solutions and Specialisms, while Subhra Ghosh and Laura Quinn join the division's US Executive Committee.

McMahon will be driving the firm's development of leading-edge custom research offerings, including the continued application of Synovate's proprietary solutions.

Lynda Levy adds the role of Head of the Princeton & Florham Park offices to that of leader of the Princeton office, underpinning the further integration of the business.

Gloria Chambers, Laura Quinn and Mark Scazafave are all promoted to the rank of Senior Vice President. Chambers will take on additional responsibilities in the day to day management of the Princeton office in support of Levy. Quinn will head up the firm's custom research business in Mahwah, New Jersey. Scazafave retains his leadership of the company's US oncology monitor, but will also become increasingly involved in new oncology initiatives such as the extension of the monitor to Latin America.

Bob Douglas, MD of Global Custom Research for Synovate Healthcare, says these are 'exciting times' for the firm. 'Each of these promotions comes in recognition of the great contribution made to the success of our US business – and by extension our global business. Moreover, they demonstrate Synovate's core value of investing in our people.'

Synovate Healthcare employs around 500 healthcare market research professionals across Europe, US and Asia Pacific. Its home page is www.synovate.com/healthcare .
