Roberts has thirteen years' experience in the healthcare sector, half of it client side. He joins Ipsos from European online physician fieldwork provider Medefield America, which he started 3 years ago. Prior to this, he spent seven years in Eli Lilly's UK Sales and Marketing organization in roles including Market Research Manager and District Sales Manager.

Grenville has led the Health Team for a number of years and is the author of many of the firm's normative approaches. His new role focuses on further development of proprietary research solutions.

According to James T. Smith, Chairman and CEO of Ipsos in North America, the appointments are 'a critical next step' in ensuring continued success for the Health Team. 'Elys and Andrew have extensive experience in the field and share a deep understanding of the needs and challenges in the pharmaceutical industry.'
