Senior Asian Moves for Nielsen

The Nielsen Company has promoted Paul Richmond to the position of MD of ACNielsen in Singapore and Malaysia. He takes over from Ashok Charan, who moves to a newly established Regional Client Service role.

Richmond, who will now report to Jakarta-based Farquhar Stirling, MD South East Asia, has over 10 years of experience in ACNielsen across Asia Pacific and the UK. He leaves the role of MD of ACNielsen Australia, which he filled for two years following a placement in Vietnam where he pioneered the expansion of ACNielsen's retail tracking business. Previously, he worked for ACNielsen in Thailand and China, following his relocation from the UK in 1997.
