Nielsen Appoints SVP International Communications

Nielsen has promoted Lisa Lee to the role of Senior Vice President, International Communications, where she will take responsibility for all corporate and marketing communications outside North America.

Based in Sydney, Australia, Lee will handle all PR and Communications activities across the firm's marketing, consumer and media divisions based in Europe, Eastern Europe, EEMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America. She will also help promote new products and services in these regions.

Lee joined Nielsen in Belgium in 1994 and has more than 13 years' multinational experience across Europe and Asia Pacific. Her most recent role was that of Executive Director, Corporate & Marketing Communications for Asia Pacific and Europe (www.mrweb.com/drno/news5291.htm ). In her last position she was responsible for working with management to implement focused communications programmes across the Asia Pacific and European regions, as well as globally - both internally and externally. Lee also managed the provision of professional marketing campaigns and strategies to support the company's business objectives and was accountable for worldwide brand and marketing communications.
