Former OTX Man to Lead New Decipher Office

September 11 2007

Online survey technologist Decipher has opened a new office in New York and appointed Duane Joseph to lead it and build business on the east coast.

Joseph joins the firm with seven years' industry experience having previously worked as Senior Research Manager at Online Testing Exchange (OTX) where he managed quant online survey research, and implemented strategies to improve overall performance on complex tracking projects. Prior to this, his career history included periods with MJI-Designable, GfK NOP, and Invoke Solutions.

'Duane's experience with implementation of online research practices coupled with his years of managing and leading large scale complex studies will be instrumental in the development of our New York presence,' comments Decipher President, Kristin Luck. CEO Jamin Brazil adds that the new office had been opened to serve the increasing number of clients the company works with on the east coast.

In June, the firm acquired Hollywood-based MR software and tech provider Forefront Consulting Group to provide a more comprehensive suite of services to its clients (www.mrweb.com/drno/news6880.htm ).

Founded in 2000, Decipher provides online survey programming, data collection, data processing/reporting, and custom technology development. The company is headquartered in Fresno, California, and is online at www.decipherinc.com.
