comScore Tool to Aid Search Marketing ROI

Online measurement firm comScore has launched comScore Marketer, an interactive search intelligence service helping clients to benchmark against competitors and optimize ROI from their search marketing.

The tool promises clients the ability to create more efficient and cost-effective campaigns using paid and organic search terms; identify high performing search terms at a site and category level; analyse searcher demographics and find those with strong potential, then target them with the best sites and terms. One key facet of the service is the ability to contrast paid with 'organic' click-thrus.

Senior VP Dan Lackner calls the new launch 'a powerful and comprehensive set of tools', adding: 'The granular information on both searchers and search terms available through this service empowers users with actionable search marketing intelligence.'
