Research and marketing science firm MECLABS Group has bought fast-growing lead generation company InTouch for an undisclosed sum. The Group already owns MarketingSherpa and MarketingExperiments.
InTouch, a provider of lead generation services for 'complex sales', was recently named in Inc. Magazine's annual ranking of the 500 fastest-growing private US companies. Dr. Flint McGlaughlin, MECLABS Director, comments: 'Today's acquisition continues to assemble a new kind of company that leverages recent breakthroughs in marketing sciences.'
MarketingSherpa uses research to produce and publish case studies and benchmark data for marketing professionals and is online at www.marketingsherpa.com , while MarketingExperiments (www.marketingexperiments.com ) is a research firm with a laboratory conducting 'real-time marketing experiments' to determine 'what really works' in marketing.
