FSA Researcher Joins IFF

London-based b2b and public policy research firm IFF has appointed Financial Services Authority (FSA) Market Research Manager Rob Warren as its new Director of Financial Research. He takes up his new position early next year.

Warren has nearly 25 years of experience in the financial services industry; the last 14 of which have been spent in market research roles. His current position at the FSA has involved conducting research to inform policy development, evaluation of the impact of policy, and measuring firms' compliance with business regulations. Prior to this, he was Market Research Manager at Lloyd's of London, and Marketing Officer at Guardian Royal Exchange.

Warren comments: 'Over many years as a client-side researcher I was always impressed by the knowledge and insight that IFF bought to frequently complex research issues, so I am delighted to join the team, and excited by the new challenge presented for the future.'
