Consumer Trend Guru Rejoins GfK

GfK Roper Consulting has re-hired consumer trend expert Jon Berry as Vice President to act as a marketing advisor to its clients.

Jon BerryBerry rejoins the firm after an 18-month stint serving as SVP with word-of-mouth research firm Keller Fay Group (www.mrweb.com/drno/news5591.htm ). During his first tenure with GfK from 1994 to 2006, he was SVP and Editorial Director of the firm's Roper Reports research service, and also helped lead the company's word-of-mouth and influencer marketing initiatives. At this time, he co-authored the book The Influentials. Before moving into the market research industry, Berry worked as a journalist for BusinessWeek, Brandweek and Adweek.
