Toluna Primed for 45% Growth

February 5 2008

European panel and survey technology provider Toluna says it expects to report 2007 growth of more than 45% in both sales and operating profits.

CEO Frederic-Charles Petit said the strength of the company's panel 2.0 technology offering should give it a competitive edge in the current business climate and allow it to continue to focus on higher margin, increasingly profitable revenue.

In the past year, panel membership has grown from 1.3 million to 1.8 million, and the firm's panels now cover 27 countries. The company says that its Dpolls acquisition in Israel has also contributed innovation in panel management technology.

Petit says that in the six months to 30 June 2007, his firm posted organic revenue growth of 67% to £6m, while profit before tax increased by 53% to £1.4m (www.mrweb.com/drno/news7303.htm ).
