Dunnhumby Engagement Director Joins Experian

In the UK, information giant Experian has appointed Gareth Mitchell-Jones as Director of Analytics in its Integrated Marketing division.

Mitchell-Jones was previously UK Customer Engagement Operations Director at marketing consultancy Dunnhumby, and also held senior customer relationship marketing roles within software and financial service companies Amdocs, HBOS and CitiGroup.

In his new role, Mitchell-Jones will lead a team focused on using analytics and data insight techniques to enable clients to derive higher returns from their marketing programmes.

He will report to Tony Mooney, Consulting and Propositions Director for the Integrated Marketing division, who commented: 'Having spent his career successfully delivering complex customer marketing programmes, Gareth will be a major asset to our analytics practice.'
