Leximancer Moves Office and CEO to US

September 5 2008

Neil Harley Customer Experience Management (CEM) software developer Leximancer is relocating its London office and CEO Neil Harley to Boulder, Colorado.

Harley explained that the firm's text analytics software was already being used by government and university organisations in Australia and the UK, and that the company is now ready to 'go to market' in North America's much broader enterprise and industry sectors.

Leximancer's software platform allows customer satisfaction, brand management and competitive intelligence professionals to automatically extract customer attitudes from Internet communications such as blogs, web sites and social media, as well as from data currently held within the enterprise in the form of e-mails, service notes, call center notes, voice transcripts and survey feedback.

'We're starting to hire people here in Boulder,' stated Hartley. 'This is one of the few places in the world where access to talent, capital and quality of life combine to create the synergies needed to grow a promising software company like ours.'

Before taking the helm as CEO, Harley was the UK Manager for research software leader SPSS.
