Former uSamp exec Jennifer Philips has joined online consumer sample provider Full Circle Research as Northeast Regional Sales Director.

Founded in 2013, Maryland-based Full Circle Research also offers community strategies and access to a 120+ person CATI phone center.

Philips (pictured) joins from uSamp, where she served as Director of Research Solutions, responsible for new business development, business intelligence acquisition and strategic consultation. Prior to a brief spell at research software provider Revelation, she was Director of Retail and Consumer Insights at QuestBack, and she spent nine years at Survey Sampling International, where she latterly served as National Account Manager.
