Irene Manahan and Caitlyn SorichIn the US, mobile research firm MFour has appointed Irene Manahan as Senior Research Consultant, and Caitlyn Sorich as Operations Analyst.

Founded in 2001, Costa Mesa, CA-based MFour uses GPS technology to collect information at the 'point of emotion', allowing clients real-time insights into audience experience; and also offers the Surveys On The Go app, giving access to an all-mobile panel. In August, the firm introduced a tool called MediaMatch 360, which integrates media matching technology with measurement techniques for rapid feedback on ads, broadcasts and videos.

Most recently, Manahan worked at Ipsos, where she specialized in providing insights to TV network and studio clients. Earlier, she received vendor-side training while on the entertainment team at Lieberman Research Worldwide, but her market research career began client-side at NBCUniversal, where she worked on cable networks E!, Style, G4 and Esquire.

Sorich joins after graduating from Concordia University with a BA in Psychology. She is currently taking classes for her Masters in Psychology at California Baptist University. In her new role, she will assist the firm’s COO and Director of Operations with running their respective departments and in their day-to-day tasks.
