Sarah ShillingUK-based marcoms network the Unlimited Group has promoted Sarah Shilling to Group Chief Marketing Officer. She replaces Ryan Wain who has left to pursue a career in law.

Previously known as Creston, the Unlimited Group comprises 27 agencies classified under seven disciplines, one of which is Insight & Analytics. Before her promotion, Shilling (pictured) was Managing Partner, Brand. She joined the group in 2013 when she became a Board Director at PR, social media and influencer specialist Fever Unlimited, then subsequently became Director of Operations across both Fever and technology and B2B PR specialist Nelson Bostock Unlimited. Earlier, she held senior positions at Sainsbury's, Ketchum, and Shine, was Head of Corporate Communications at Pernod Ricard UK and Global Head of Communications for Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG).

In her new role, Shilling is tasked with 'making the Unlimited Group famous', while acting as a female role model for all the women across the group. Commenting on the promotion, Unlimited Group MD Michael Richards said: 'Sarah has the attitude, skill, tenacity and ambition for this role and will spearhead Unlimited Group's marketing plans to drive growth'.
