In the US, full-service marketing research company Ironwood Insights Group has promoted Cyrus 'Tully' Heck to the role of Project Manager.
Chandler, Arizona-based Ironwood Insights Group, which was founded by former Thoroughbred Research / ICT Group exec
Brad Larson last year, specializes in research design, strategy, implementation and analytics. The firm
merged with Utah-based data collection and research services businesses Information Alliance earlier this year.
Heck, who previously served as Lead Manager at the firm's Richfield, Utah call center, will now be responsible for daily communication with clients, serving as a liaison with senior management and operations, managing client needs and ensuring quality levels are met. Before joining in 2009, Heck attended the University of California-Davis and held supervisory and management positions at Wal-Mart and Coca-Cola.
Commenting on the promotion, Larson said: 'Not only has Tully earned this opportunity, he's proven to be great with clients. They love him and his can-do attitude. He'll do a great job as their Project Manager.'
